In the boxes above, you must enter a city and state or zip code. The program will automatically search within a 20-mile radius of either the city or zip code. You can expand that radius by typing any distance in the "Search Radius" box. The search can be narrowed to just hospitals or just nursing centers/assisted living residences in a given area. When you click on the box located next to "Search for" you will see two additional options - "Hospitals" and "Nursing Centers/Assisted Living." Click on your choice. Once you have filled in the boxes click on the "Find Locations" button.
